Chef Alex built something genuinely rare in the Baltics: a Chinese restaurant rooted in regional specificity rather than safe Westernised menus. Sichuan heat, century eggs, biangbiang noodles, and shatter-crisp pork represent dishes from specific corners of China, executed with care. Views of Toompea's lit towers at night are unexpectedly cinematic.
